Return & Exchange Policy - It’s simple and easy!
We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Refund will be processed and returned to your original credit card (minus shipping charge) within one day upon our receipt of the package.
To make an exchange, please specify the item, color and size with a note. Any price differences will be charged or credited. You will need to pay shipping fees for the items you returned and the items we send out.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at email@example.com or (818) 404-9185.
We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. All orders are shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise notated on the product information page. Delivery time is between 3-5 business days with ground service (we ship via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex).
If you need to receive your order sooner than 3-5 business days, we do offer overnight service by USPS and 2nd day air service by Fed Ex. You must chose that option when checking out.
We understand the sensitivity of your personal information. Zookies will not share or sell your personal information with other parties. When you order with us, we ask for your personal email address so we can communicate with you about your order, send you an order confirmation, and occasionally tell you about exciting Zookies news. You may opt-out if you no longer wish to receive communications from us. All other personal information is used for order processing purposes and is kept private and secure.
